We almost all have a blender at home, so why having a blender and not using it? We should make and drink a smoothie every day and feel healthier like never before. Not just for us, but we should also make juice to our friends, family, children, nephews… As I mentioned in the introduction, stay with us for some time because we will give you the best green juices in the following.

The first recipe: 2 cups spinach, 1 green apple, 1 lemon, 1/2 cucumber, and 1-inch piece ginger. Mix all these ingredients in a blender and pour it in a glass and drink it!
The second green juice recipe: 1 bulb baby bok, 1/4 pineapple, 1/2 cucumber, 1 lime, 1/4 cup mint. Cheers dear friends, this one is my favorite smoothie!
The third recipe: 1 bunch parsley, 1 bunch cilantro, 1 bunch, 1 bunch mint, 2 green apples, and one lemon. Mmm. this sounds so refreshing, I will surely mix all these veggies in my blender and drink it for one minute.

The fourth recipe: 2 cups chard, 1 grapefruit, 1 orange, 1 tangerine, 1/2 bulb fennel. Feel healthy with healthy drinks instead of drinking Coca Cola, drink this.
The fifth recipe: 2 cups romaine, 1/2 honeydew melon, one lemon, 1/4 cup basil and a pinch of salt. Mmm. I like this recipe that will make a refreshment to my body. What about you, will you drink it?
The sixth recipe: 2 cups kale, 2 cups grapes, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 lemon, a pinch of cayenne. Green juices are great and this was the last recipe for today and from this post. To make the things clear, check the photo again where is clearly seen which veggies you can mix to get green juice.
These juices replace one breakfast and can help you to lose weight while at the same time to feel healthy, filled with energy for working. Try to make it some of it and drink it with an appetite and be green!
