Friday menu – 5 day

Breakfast: 2 boiled egg, one apple and a cup of milk without sugar (again)

Saturday menu – 6 day

Breakfast: 2 boiled egg, one apple and cup of milk (probably you have learned the breakfast menu because its the same)

Lunch: a handful of almonds, baby spinach salad and 1 boiled egg

Dinner: 1 boiled egg and 50 gr chicken meat

Sunday menu – 7 days (the last day of egg diet)

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 fruit (your wish) and a cup of milk (no sugar)

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, baby spinach salad, a handful of almonds

Dinner: only 2 boiled eggs

One week you should keep to these rules and eat what is on the menu, and the next week to repeat all the menu.
