Paleo Whole30 Spaghetti Squash Breakfast Casserole

The ingredients that you will need for making this delicious recipe, are these:

1 large spaghetti squash
8 ounces mushrooms
8 ounces bacon
1-pint grape tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon salt
12 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Mix the ingredients, bake and you will get the result like is shown in the photo now!!!

Baked eggs in avocado

Avocado is the most expensive fruit around the world but also the healthiest. If you can afford to buy it, prepare it for breakfast time, add eggs in it and bake in an oven, then get the result!!! Here are the ingredients for this recipe:

3 large avocados
6 eggs
4 strips of bacon, diced and cooked until crispy
¼ cup fresh chives
sriracha for drizzle

Potato – bacon – eggs = salty muffins

The third recipe is about how to make salt muffins by using eggs, sweet potatoes and bacon. Here are the needed ingredients for making this breakfast in no time:

9 eggs

salt and black pepper
¼ cup full fat coconut milk from a can
8 slices bacon, chopped roughly
1 med sweet potato, peeled and shredded (1 and ½ – 2 cups shredded)
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika

Mix the ingredients, bake in an oven and drink a glass of white wine with this. Good appetite!!!

Pizza Quiche for breakfast

There we are to the last recipe for today and it’s named pizza quiche. Here are the ingredients now:

1 teaspoon ghee*, melted (OR coconut oil)
8 large eggs
¼ cup coconut milk
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
1½ cups mushrooms, sliced
½ cup roasted red pepper, sliced
3 ounces pepperoni, quartered
¼ cup green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons pizza sauce

Imagine starting the day with pizza, every day! What a wonderful idea is this!
