Stuffed Zucchini: Your Recipe for Dinner

The ingredients you will need for stuffed zucchini are these:

  • 4 zucchini

  • 1tbs olive oil

  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice

  • 1 medium carrot

  • 1/2 medium onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 small tomato

  • 1/4 cup dill and spring onion

  • 3-4 button mushrooms (optional)

  • salt, pepper

For the sauce you will need these ingredients:

  • 1tbs olive oil

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 red bell pepper

  • 4-5 tomatoes

  • 1/2tsp paprika

  • 1/4tsp cumin

  • 1tsp tomato paste

  • salt, black pepper

Once when you get the ingredients, follow the recipe now:

Cut the zucchini in half and fill it with onion, garlic, mushrooms, and rice. Fill it with the sauce that we already gave you the idea of how to preapre it.
